Once the implementation is successfully completed, you will be transitioned to our experienced Customer Success Management team. We understand the importance of timely support, and we strive to respond to support tickets within just a few hours.
Unlike other software providers, we don't have any limits as to how many tickets you can raise in a month. Ask away. We are always here to help you.
